You can book two ways on this website:

• Quick Ride – Click the floating red "Quick Ride" button on the home page. Your GPS location is detected automatically, you search for your destination (or drop a pin on the map), and a live fare estimate is calculated instantly (R25 base + R5/km first 5km, R4/km after 5km, minimum R25). Your booking is sent straight to our WhatsApp.
• Booking Form – Visit the Home page and scroll to the booking section for long-distance trips, or use the Service Enquiry form to choose from 19+ services.

The Quick Ride system on our Home page uses your device's GPS and OpenStreetMap data to calculate distances. The fare is calculated as R25 base fee + R5 per kilometre for the first 5km, then R4 per kilometre after 5km, with a minimum fare of R25. An additional R10 applies for 3-4 passengers. For 5+ passengers, you'll receive custom pricing. The estimate updates live as you set your pickup and destination. You can also use the map pin drop feature if you can't find your exact location in the search.

All bookings from this website (Quick Ride, Booking Form, Service Enquiry, and Lost & Found) are submitted directly to our WhatsApp. Once you hit submit, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message containing all your booking details – you just press send and it reaches our team instantly. No app download or login required.

We accept PayShap and Cash for short-distance rides. For long-distance and special services, payment arrangements are confirmed with our team when you book.

Our Services page lists 20 bookable services including Local Taxi Rides, Airport Transfers, Intercity/Long-Distance Trips, Hospital & Clinic Transport, School & Student Transport, Corporate Transport, Funeral Transport, and more. You can search and filter services, and each one links straight to the relevant enquiry form.

We have a dedicated Lost & Found page. Use the form to tell us what you left behind and, if you remember it, the vehicle's number plate. Your report is sent to our team via WhatsApp and we'll do our best to reunite you with your belongings.

No. Our entire booking system runs on this website – no app, no login, no download needed. Just open the site, use the Quick Ride button or booking form, and your booking goes straight to our WhatsApp.
